ELECTION ESPN COUNCIL MEMBERS 2021

Dear ESPN Members, colleagues and friends, With this letter we would like to invite you to participate in elections of ESPN council members 2021. In 2021 three council members [Augustina Jankauskiene (Lithuania), Martin Christian (United Kingdom), Max Liebau (Germany)] will finish their term (3 years) in the council and will step down in Amsterdam. According to the ESPN constitution, candidates for ESPN council should be supported by at least 2 ESPN members, and have to submit their curriculum vitae and a motivation letter to the President. We also ask to specify which tasks the candidate would like to perform in the council and to send his/her recent photograph. The vacant tasks in 2021 are: • Liaison to Dialysis WG • ESPN website • Liaison to Transplant WG • Liaison to CAKUT WG • Liaison to Inherited renal disorders WG In mutual agreements other tasks may be re-distributed in the new council. Please submit your applications to the ESPN president. If two candidates from the same country solicit, only one person can be elected in the same election round. The deadline for applications is June 30, 2021. Upon receiving the candidatures electronic voting system will be open starting from July 15, 2021.
